Honeymoon!

Initially Chris and I were just going to stay on Hilton Head after the wedding and spend Thanksgiving with the family since we are going to Hawaii for 2 weeks in the summer. But one night Chris was just looking around on Priceline and found a great deal on a Royal Caribbean cruise from Tampa. So we signed up of course! A week before the cruise we actually got upgraded from an interior room to a balcony!!! Chris had cruised with them several times before and was a gold member so we got all kinds of cool things on board-two nights of free drinks, a cheese plate, a coupon book with free pictures, robes, and a bunch of discounts!
The morning after the wedding my family threw us a going away brunch at the clubhouse we got married. After we ate we packed up the car and headed south! We could not have asked for better weather! We stopped in downtown Disney to get the just married buttons-we only thought it was right since we got engaged in Disney :)
After our stop in Disney we drove to Tampa to check into the hotel his parents got us. Of course we had to go to Target that night before my beloved straightener decided to quit working :( But we discovered that the Target was multi-story and had a parking garage--bizarre.
Yes of course I had to take a picture of it...
Here are some pictures from our trip....

Can't Wait to be His WIFE!

28 DAYS!!!! Where has time gone?
I remember our first date, our first kiss, our first I L
OVE YOU, our first vacation....just like it was yesterday. I remember the day we got engaged thinking the wedding was months off...but it's almost here :) I can't wait to be his wife!

This past week has been crazy busy but I love it! Last weekend we went to a wedding of a childhood friend. We had a blast! Elizabeth was beautiful! The wedding was so much fun! I can't believe that we are all growing up so fast! Wasn't it just yesterday we were singing to Spice Girls and going to Gator cheerleading practice?!?!
Last weekend when Chris and I were home we bought the bridesmaids gifts so that is something checked off the list of to dos. Now we are waiting for everyone to send back their RSVPS! We are so ready for the big day! I am trying not to mentally checkout of work this far in advance but its hard ha.

Today we are heading to meet with the preacher to finish our premartial counseling! Maybe I can convince him to go to IKEA while we are up there :)

Here are some pictures of the club we are getting married at!

First Year Teacher

I love my kids but don't get me wrong I hate the little germs they carry with them. Well I have fallen sick. Today I had to stay home because of it :( I miss them terribly but I don't think going to work with 101 degree temperature would have been a great idea. Luckily I have some amazing team members who got my class settled and in check with the sub. I hate it because my assistant was absent also so things were way out of sorts for them. My students are the ones who need a schedule. So tomorrow should be interesting....
